For those of you who can't make it to a workshop, Alyson's releasing The Alyson Stoner Project, a dance instructional fitness-based DVD comprised of 3 elements: a step-by-step instructional portion, a full-blown music video using the moves you learn in the instructional segment, and cast interviews
