Biography
Mohammed Ibrahim Baloch, better known by his professional name Mehul Kumar, was born in Jamnagar, Gujarat, India. He is a celebrated Bollywood filmmaker, writer, and director, renowned for creating some of the industry's memorable hits. Among his most acclaimed works are "Marte Dam Tak" (1987), "Jung Baaz" (1989), the patriotic blockbuster "Tirangaa" (1993), the hard-hitting "Krantiveer" (1994), and "Mrityudaata" (1997). Mehul Kumar's journey in cinema began not behind the camera, but with a pen. After graduating from Bombay University in the 1970s, he initially worked as a film journalist, writing reviews and analyses of films.
