Biography
Kostas Karagiorgis (Athens or Andros, 12 March 1938 – 13 May 1989) was a Greek film, theatre and television actor. A graduate of Panteion, he was also a graduate of the Drama School of the National Conservatory, while he also studied piano. In 1960, he made his first appearance on the stage. He took part in many theatrical performances and films, as well as in well-known television series (En tuto nika, Kokoromyali, Dekato trite anakiritiko Office, To kanala ton paranomon). Previously, he had distinguished himself by playing the role of Greek army captain Hector Psachos in Nikos Foskolos' popular TV series Agnostos polēmos.
