Biography
Andreas Filippidis (6 January 1919 – 8 January 1989) was a Greek actor. He was born in Athens in 1919, the son of musical theatre actor Manos Filippidis. He was a graduate of the Drama School of the National Theatre and a final year student of the Law School of the University of Athens. He made his stage debut in 1943 with Mrs. Katerina's troupe in Eugene O'Neill's Strange Intermezzo, playing the role of Gordon.
