Jean Chalopin was born on May 31, 1950 in Tours, Indre-et-Loire, France. He is a producer and writer, known for Inspector Gadget (1999), Inspector Gadget (1983) and The Hitchhiker (1983). He has been married to Ethel Fong since 1998. They have two children. CEO of Deltec Bank & Trust in Bahamas.
