Katie Kox is an American pornstar. She began her porn career in 2008 and in February 2009 she also started working as a stripper. In March 2009 she quit her day job to focus on her porn-career full-time while at the same time, she got breast implants (and nipple piercings). The surgery was performed by Dr. William Rifley and increased her bust size from 36C to 36E .
