Biography

Larry Herron grew up in and around Kalamazoo, Michigan. His family settled in nearby Mattawan (a town known for excellent educational standards and cows across the street from the high school). It was here that Larry developed a passion for the arts. After graduating from high school in 1998, Larry became an on-air personality at WIRX radio in nearby Benton Harbor. His on-air characters and interactions with the public garnered the status of a "local celebrity.
