From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia. William Osborne "Tuck" Tucker III (August 20, 1961 - December 22, 2020) was an American writer, storyboard artist, animator, songwriter, and director who worked on Hey Arnold! and SpongeBob SquarePants. He directed Hey Arnold! : The Movie in 2002.
