Bernard McEveety was an American film and television director celebrated for his extensive work across various genres. Born into a family deeply rooted in the entertainment industry, with brothers Vincent and Joseph McEveety also being directors and producers, Bernard began his career in the 1950s. He directed numerous episodes of popular television series, including Gunsmoke, Bonanza, The Virginian, and Combat! McEveety's versatility allowed him to work on a wide range of projects, from Westerns to science fiction series like Knight Rider and Airwolf. His filmography includes directing The Brotherhood of Satan (1971) and Ride Beyond Vengeance (1966).
