Bernard Fortin (born January 17, 1957 in Baie-Comeau) is a Quebec actor and doubler born on January 17, 1957 in Baie-Comeau. He is, among other things, the regular Quebec voice of Tom Hanks, Woody Harrelson, Ned Flanders, Chef Wiggum and Reverend Lovejoy. Bernard Fortin is a graduate of the Conservatoire d'art dramatique de Montréal, promotion 1981. He also lends his voice to Ned Flanders, police officer Clancy Wiggum and Reverend Lovejoy in the Quebec version of Simpsons. He also lends his voice to Henri Hill in Henri pis sa gang.
