Alexander 'Dr Xand' van Tulleken is a British doctor and TV presenter. Along with his identical twin brother, Christoffer 'Dr Chris' van Tulleken, they are best known for presenting the children's TV series "Operation Ouch! " and have hosted a range of programmes on issues such as diet, binge drinking and health.
