Mr. Leping Shen is the Founder of Sparkly Key. Mr. Shen served as the chief director, producer, and chief writer of China's first three-dimensional martial arts animation series "QinShiMingYue" since 2004. In 1996, he joined the game and animation industry for more than ten years.
