Biography

Erin Rachael Doherty (born 16 July 1992) is a British actress who played the young Princess Anne in the third and fourth seasons of the Netflix drama The Crown (2019–2020). She has also featured in Chloe (2022), Reawakening (2024), A Thousand Blows (2025), and Adolescence (2025). Erin is of Irish heritage and is from Crawley in West Sussex. Her paternal grandfather was from Carndonagh, a town in Inishowen in the north of County Donegal in Ulster. Doherty's parents divorced when she was four.
