ISSEI is a Japanese singer, actor, and talent. He made his solo debut under TOBE on January 23, 2025 with the digital single "Go Getter feat. AK-69. " He was formerly a member of Bishonen under Johnny & Associates (later renamed as STARTO ENTERTAINMENT). On December 3, 2024, TOBE's official YouTube channel announced that he would be joining the agency.
