Biography

Jordi Penner (Riva del Garda, 1987) is an Italian filmmaker, actor, and educator. He studied at the universities of Bologna, Amsterdam and California, earning a Master's degree with honors in Film Studies. His debut short 'Amore Cane' (Love is a Dog, 2020) screened at over 20 festivals, including Oscar-qualifying In the Palace Film Festival. 'Pietre Sommerse' (Sunken Stones, 2023) won national awards and was selected at HollyShorts in L. A.
