Inderveer Sodhi is a Canadian filmmaker, composer, and actor known for intimate, character-driven stories that explore identity and the emotional legacies we carry, woven into a canvas of magical realism. As studio head and creative director of Sodhi Productions Inc. , devoted to soul-stirring cinema and music, he has released two globally distributed theatrical feature films and three studio albums. At 19, he began production on his debut feature Monster (2019), a coming-of-age drama set against the backdrop of gang violence among South Asian youth in Surrey. Written, directed, scored, and starring Sodhi, the film premiered to sold-out audiences, became an unsolicited official selection of the International South Asian Film Festival (2019), received national coverage from CBC and Global News, and now streams on Prime Video.
