Biography

Tara Salas was born on 19 February 1995 in Copenhagen Denmark. She is a director, best known for Dressage (2023), The Escape From Herstedvester (2024) and Moder (2025). Her main genre is drama with plot twists, but she has also explored true-crime, horror and fantasy. Tara is a multidisciplinary artist known for her compelling presence and thoughtful approach in performance. With a foundation in dance, she trained intensively in movement and rhythm, shaping her unique physical expressiveness.
