Chip Noll was born on May 7, 1979 in Erie, Pennsylvania, USA. Blond twink Chip Noll, who stands about 5' 7" tall, made a splash in movies as a voracious bottom in the 1990's. He then retired for a few years before returning to make a number of porno's in 2004. Slim and smooth, he wasn't related to the 1980's Noll porn stars.
