From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia. Adrian Butchart is an award winning British screenwriter and film producer. In 2003 Butchart wrote his first film, the highly acclaimed indie arthouse film I Love Your Work with actor and director Adam Goldberg. The film, an indictment on celebrity culture was not a commercial success but became part of film school curriculum, with a cast including Giovanni Ribisi, Christina Ricci, Joshua Jackson, Jason Lee, Vince Vaughn and Elvis Costello. Butchart then became known for writing the popular Goal!
