Carter Jenkins (born September 4, 1991) is an American actor known for his long-running career that began in his youth, transitioning successfully into major film franchises and television dramas. He started his career early in local community theatre and commercials before securing notable roles in the mid-2000s, including the main cast of the sci-fi series Surface (2005-2006) and a recurring role on Unfabulous. His early film work includes the lead role of Tom Pearson in the family sci-fi comedy Aliens in the Attic (2009) and the romantic comedy ensemble Valentine's Day (2010). He possesses a knack for inhabiting complex, often charming, roles that frequently carry underlying dramatic weight.
