Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA)
Screenr respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. If you believe that any content on Screenr infringes your copyright, please submit a DMCA notice so we can review the claim promptly.
Notice Requirements
- Provide a detailed description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
- Include the exact location (URLs or other identifiers) of the allegedly infringing content on Screenr.
- Supply your contact information so we can follow up if we need clarification.
- Affirm that you believe the disputed use is not authorized by you, the copyright owner, or the law.
- Sign the notice physically or electronically under penalty of perjury.
Counter-Notice
If you believe we removed content in error, you can submit a counter-notice. This should include:
- Explain why the content was removed or disabled in error and identify the removed material.
- Provide your contact information along with a statement consenting to jurisdiction and swearing good faith.
- Confirm that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your district or, if outside the U.S., that you will comply with equivalent procedures.
We evaluate all notices under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c) and will remove or disable access to the material if we determine it is infringing. Repeat infringers may have their access terminated.
