Artifice

A philosophical thriller about a mystic woman who oscillates between performance and projection until she meets her shadow at a local coffee shop (or it's about a girl being haunted by a pronoun, depending on who you ask). Through poetry, presence, and subtle exposition, the film forgoes conventional narrative structure in favor of circling around its thesis: What can you know about a person? They shift in the light.
