Biography

Chris is a multi-talented performer who made his professional acting debut in 1979 with Mustapha Matura’s Welcome home Jacko at The Factory in London. He was a founder member of the Black Theatre Co-operative producing plays about the Black experience. He has since worked extensively in Theatre, TV, and film throughout the years along with being a singer and musician. Credits include: Soul Sister (Savoy Theatre/UK and world tour); The Harder They Come (Playhouse Theatre/UK and World tour) and The Big Life (Apollo Theatre). TV credits include lead performer in No Problem (LWT), Desmond’s and comedy sketch show Get Up Stand Up (Ch4).
