Biography

Actress, Shatara Crowe, born in Winnipeg, MB Canada, joined the film industry at the early age of 15. Shatara, already a multi-ribboned equestrian, and travelled percussionist, her father, a former Winnipeg based director, inspired her to pursue a career in the arts. By the young age of 18 years old, she had moved to Vancouver to pursue a degree in film and perfect her craft by attending classes at The Vancouver Academy of Dramatic Arts. Before moving to Vancouver, she found training at the Acting Studio Winnipeg, under the guidance of Darcy Fehr, to hone her craft and better understand herself as an actor. She has since worked on several feature films, as well as starring in many short films.
