Biography

Born in Mobile, Alabama, Søren Christian Odom began his long love of music at a young age. A lover of film music, Søren studied the works of the great movie masters: Williams, Goldsmith, Horner, etc. Søren's official music training began in high school as a percussionist, though he had spent many a year already (since age 12) learning guitar and piano at his own pace. Soren studied classical music in college at the University of South Alabama graduating with two bachelor's degrees; one in Film/Television, the other in Music Education. Throughout his collegiate stay, Søren built his film music repertoire working on the films of Thomas Smith, whom Søren met through mutual friends.
