Biography

Victor Cartas is a Mexican director and editor, originally from Guadalajara Jalisco. He studied film at the University of Guadalajara from 2016 to 2020, he started as an editor at an early age, he has participated in feature films, short films and series throughout his career. He was the producer and editor of short films that currently have a presence at international and national festivals such as "Yo no fue yo" (2020), "Tú minimal caress" (2017) and "Todos tiene ombligo" (2018). His work as an editor also led him to participate in various advertising and political campaigns. I work as an assistant director on series for television and streaming platforms.
