Biography

Rida Ouerghi was born in Aubagne in the Bouches-du-Rhône region of France. His career has allowed him to experiment and study several physical and sports activities (team sports, racket sports, combat sports, swimming, athletics, pilates, dance, yoga . ). He is especially fascinated by the development of motor skills and physical qualities from infancy to adulthood. He is also interested in the management of fitness from adulthood to old age and its impact on physical, mental and social health and well-being.
