Biography

Carlos Mera is a young filmmaker eager to tell stories and show his vision to the world. He is director, screenwriter and actor in several short films, some of them presented at festivals and even having won awards. He has a higher degree in filmmaking and photography, in addition to being specialized in several courses and activities related to the audiovisual world.
