Inspector Matt Brown receives a report about a family of kittens hiding in the loft above a shop. Inspector Anthony Pulfer goes to extreme lengths to save a stray tomcat who has fallen into a tiny courtyard. Jo finds out the most effective way to sedate a feral cat.
